Tap on the Report a problem link at the bottom of the main menu: a new screen will come up, where you can describe your issue (you can add an agent’s name or an existing conversation ID for the reference) and tap on Send to submit it.

In the Settings

Tap on the Report a problem link in the Support section of the Settings menu: a new screen will come up, where you can describe your issue (you can add an agent’s name or an existing conversation ID for the reference) and tap on Send to submit it.


Once you’ve sent your mobile feedback, open the list of your currently running apps, swipe the Omnivoice app to close it, and then launch it again by tapping on the app icon.

It’s important to send feedback about issues with the mobile app from the app because we receive additional technical information every time you submit it.
